Delivery

Refunds

If your order is not working as expected, contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly. Where we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Refund requests should be made within a reasonable period of purchase.

Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds may not be available once an order has been delivered and used without a reported issue.

Cancellation
